Key Responsibilities
1. Understand product & regulatory requirements and breaking down to module level requirement 2. Impart the product knowledge to sub level team members 3. Taking part in designing the overall architecture of the product 4. Validating the clinical aspects of product 5. Writing flowcharts and Pseudocodes 6. Writing technical manuals of the product. 7. Training customers on the product and organising demonstration 8. Internal design validations against the requirements and test cases.
Qualifications & Requirements
Skill Sets:
Domain Knowledge:- Understanding of clinical workflows and hospital environments Knowledge of medical device safety, usability, and risk management (e.g., ISO 14971) Awareness of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements Exposure to healthcare standards and interoperability (HL7, DICOM – if applicable) Communication & Training Skills:- Ability to train customers and internal teams on product usage Strong presentation and demonstration skills Capability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations Experience in creating user manuals and training materials Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of biomedical engineering principles and medical device lifecycle Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 60601 Experience in requirement analysis and translating high-level requirements into module-level specifications Familiarity with system architecture design and product development processes Ability to create flowcharts, pseudocode, and technical documentation Knowledge of clinical validation processes and medical data interpretation Experience in design verification and validation (V&V) Basic understanding of software development concepts (if product involves software) Familiarity with testing methodologies, test cases, and quality assurance practices
