R&D Engineer

Research and development

• R&D and Innovation: Conduct fundamental and applied research on new technologies, evaluating feasibility, performance, and integration potential
• System Design & Simulation: Create detailed schematics, input to PCB layouts, and models using simulation tools.
• Prototyping & Testing: Get physical hardware fabricated and prototypes; develop custom testing procedures to validate reliability, safety, and operational limits.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret complex empirical and simulation data to refine designs and troubleshoot hardware anomalies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Author detailed technical reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure designs meet all applicable regulatory standards and industry certifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with firmware developers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new hardware.

Required Technical Skills

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of circuit design, microcontrollers, analog /digital electronics, and power management systems.
• Simulation & Programming: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., SPICE, Altium) and programming languages (optional) (e.g., Embedded C/C++).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
