About the Role
Perform installation, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company medical products at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, validation, and commissioning of company medical products at customer sites.
- Perform troubleshooting, service, preventive maintenance, and repairs of company products.
- Provide utmost technical support and onsite operational training to hospital staff and clinical personnel.
- Interact with internal engineering and quality departments to identify Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
- Maintain complete installation, service records, and field service reports in the company database.
- Timely response to customer calls and professionally handle field service visits.
- Ensure proper and prompt submission of all required documentation and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high satisfaction and execute corrective actions promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BE / B Tech / M Tech / ME in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in field service, medical equipment installation, or high-tech equipment maintenance.
- Working knowledge and ability to test/troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
- Good communication skills and strong punctuality.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
