Recruitment Fraud Alert

It has come to our attention that fraudulent entities or individuals are posing as representatives of Panacea Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (PMT) to extend fake job offers, demand processing fees, or request personal banking details from unsuspecting job seekers.

How to Spot Fake Recruitment Offers

Please exercise extreme caution when communicating with recruiters. A communication is likely fraudulent if it includes any of the following:

• Requests for Money: Any demand for security deposits, registration fees, training materials payment, laptop processing fees, or visa expenses.
• Generic Email Addresses: Communication coming from Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, or other webmail accounts (e.g., panaceacareers.hr@gmail.com). All official PMT communications come ONLY from the domain @panaceamedical.com.
• Offers Without Interviews: Receiving a job offer letter or employment contract out of the blue, without participating in a telephone or video interview with our verified hiring managers.
• Poor Professionalism: Document templates filled with spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, or unofficial variations of our logo.

What Should You Do?

1. Verify the Listing: Always verify if the opening is listed on our official careers portal (panaceamedical.in/join-us).
2. Report suspicious activities: If you receive suspicious documents or communications, do not share bank details or send money. Forward the email or details immediately to careers@panaceamedical.com so our legal team can take action.
3. Report to authorities: If you have already fallen victim to recruitment fraud or transferred funds, we recommend lodging a formal complaint with your local cyber police or cyber crime cell.
