About the Role
Responsible for PCB assembly, quality verification, unit assembly testing, bill of materials audit, ESD & earthing compliance, repair tech, and final testing of UPS systems.
Responsible for PCB assembly, quality verification, unit assembly testing, bill of materials audit, ESD & earthing compliance, repair tech, and final testing of UPS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- PCB assembly and component verification.
- Quality verification and incoming inspection of components/units.
- Unit Assembly Testing and final testing of UPS systems.
- Check the Bill of Materials (BOM) & verify item specifications.
- Auditing ESD checklist and Earthing compliance across assembly lines.
- Conduct quality checks on operator assembly processes.
- Perform repair tech duties and component troubleshooting.
- Handling the production assembly and maintaining detailed tracking records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical testing, PCB assembly, or UPS testing.
- Knowledge of ESD safety standards, earthing verification, and BOM auditing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for analog and digital electrical circuits.
