Placement Relationship Officer

Build and maintain relationships with Engineering Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, and training institutes to drive campus recruitment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, and Management Course Colleges & training institutes.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives for Sales, Product Development, and Manufacturing positions.
• Develop partnerships with placement cells, training centers, and workforce development organizations.
• Source qualified candidates for Production, Design, and Engineering roles.
• Organize job fairs, walk-in recruitment drives, apprenticeship programs, and internship initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end coordination of candidate interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of educational institutions, placement officers, and recruitment partners.
• Track hiring metrics, placement conversion rates, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Work closely with HR and plant operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Any Degree with relevant experience in campus hiring, institution relations, or talent acquisition.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in placement coordination or corporate recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for campus drives and regional recruitment events.
