Key Responsibilities
- Application & Product Development: Define product specifications based on market needs, assess real-world usability, conduct validation studies, and collaborate with R&D to refine features.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote products through targeted marketing, support sales teams with technical expertise, and develop clinical product positioning.
- Customer Engagement & Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback from oncologists and technologists, translating insights into product improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering, providing clinical application training to internal teams and hospital customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSC in Radiotherapy Technology.
- 1 to 6 years of experience in clinical radiotherapy, application support, or medical device clinical development.
- In-depth understanding of LINAC workflows, radiation treatment planning, and clinical oncology requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
